Ingredients Nutrition

  • Tuna
  • 24 ounces tuna, sushi grade
  • 6 tablespoons green onions (green section only)
  • 8 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, sliced very thin and diced
  • 2 -3 avocados, diced in 1/4 in cubes
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 -2 garlic clove
  • 6 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted lightly
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 12 tablespoons wasabi paste
  • 1 12 teaspoons habenero hot sauce (optional)
  • 3 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated finely on zester
  • Wonton crisps
  • 24 egg roll wraps, cut into dorito size triangles

Directions

  1. 1. Crisps: preheat oven to 350 F Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or olive oil. Arrange cut wrappers on sheet and bake for about 5 to 6 minutes Cool.
  2. 2. Tuna Tartare : Mix tuna, onion greens, sesame seeds, garlic cilantro, jalepeno and salt.
  3. 3. Combine Soy sauce, sesame oil, wasabi,ginger and hot sauce. Pour over tuna mixture and combine. Do Not add avacado untill just before serving. Then just add avacado and lime juice and fold into tuna.
