"A tasty and healthy chili. I found this on the Wegman's website but changed a few things to my preferences. Easy and quick to put together."

  • Heat oil in large stockpot on medium high heat until oil faintly smokes. Add ground turkey. Cruble and sear until lightly browned.
  • Add garlic, peppers, and onions to browned turkey. Stir in chili powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, bay leaves, cloves, and cumin.
  • Add tomatoes and stock. Bring to simmer; add beans. Continue to simmer, uncovered, on low medium-medium heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Discard bay leaves.
