directions

 • In a large skillet saute the mushrooms and green pepper in butter until crisp-tender 4-5 mins approximately.
 • In a large bowl, combine the turkey, ham, soup, water and broth. Stir into veggies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, cook uncovered for 3-4 mins or until heated through. Serve with pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
 • * I have learned from experience to make sure you throughly drain the pasta with a colander with this dish. It will turn out extremely watery if you don't. *.

I'm a mom to 4 little ones including a preemie & my oldest with Epilepsy. I was born and raised in Sarasota Florida. (A native & not many of us left here). I love to find recipes that I can just whip together at a moments notice. I have also fell in love with my crock pot and looking for new recipes to use in it. I love Southern cooking & baking. I like finding new recipes to try out on my family of very picky eaters.I would love to learn to bake more. I can do the basics, but would love to be able to make more homemade goodies such as breads, etc.. My family inspires me to cook, but it is also relaxing for me. My hobbies, are cooking (of course), scrapbooking( beginner), arts and crafts with the kids (esp. around the holidays) I love, LOVE the holiday season!! (From Halloween to Easter)
