  1. squeeze the juice of grated zucchini.
  2. mince dill, onion, spearmint and parsley.
  3. mix with grated zucchini
  4. add eggs flour, salt, pepper and baking powder
  5. mix all to form a batter
  6. pour tablespoonful of batter into hot olive oil in the pan.
  7. Fry in hot oil for 3 minutes each side.
  8. serve hot with turkish yogurt with garlic.
