ingredients
- 1 (12 inch) plain flour tortillas
- 2 ounces black forest ham, sliced
- 2 ounces smoked turkey, sliced
- 5 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 1⁄2 ounce roasted red pepper
- 1⁄2 ounce banana pepper, sliced
- 1⁄4 ounce red onion, thin strip, julienne
- 2 slices tomatoes, 5x6 tomato size
- 2 slices provolone cheese, . 75oz slice
- 1 kosher dill pickle spear
- 1⁄2 ounce Italian dressing
directions
- Assemble wrap in the following order: tortilla, 2 green leaf lettuces, 2 slice Provolone Cheese, Ham, Turkey, Salami, Pepperoni, Red Peppers, Banana Peppers, and Red Onion, Tomatoes, Italian Dressing.
- Roll up burrito style.
- Cut in half at 45’ angle and serve with pickle.
- Put in #500 boat with deli paper.
