  1. Very very good, and simple! MY DH loves baked potatoes any way and he really enjoyed this! I could not find (betweeen 3 grocery stores) the roasted garlic caesar dressing so I ended up with creamy caesar and threw in a tad of monced garlic, which worked out great!

  2. These were SO good! We served these at a small dinner party and they were a huge hit. I would totally make them again. Yummy!

  3. I've got to admit, this was my first time trying caesar dressing and I loved it. I also couldn't find the roasted garlic caesar, so used the creamy caesar dressing and added garlic. The dressing added a wonderful taste to the potatoes, no more mashing the potatoes with milk and butter for me. This is going to be the recipe that I use for twice baked potatoes from now on. Thanks a bunch for sharing this recipe!
