  1. Dissolve gelatin in lemon juice and limoncello. (Or substitute 2 Tbs lemon juice and 1 Tbs water for limoncello).
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  3. Mix on high speed until light and fluffy.
  4. More lemon juice or powdered sugar may be necessary to reach desired consistency.
