Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°.
  2. Combine flour, butter, and ice cream in bowl.
  3. Dough will be firm.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out on lightly floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
  6. Coat each side of cookies with sugar.
  7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and prick cookies with fork.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes and cool.
