  • Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring often.
  • Boil 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in oats.
  • Form into small balls and drop onto wax paper.
  • Let cool and serve.

  1. These were the easiest and yummiest no-bake cookies I've ever made! I highly reccomend this recipe if you're looking for a super fast and fun, vegan, delicious afternoon snack. The only thing I would change is the amount of sugar added. They were extremely sweet, so next time, I'll cut the sugar to half the original amount, and maybe add more cocoa or real chocolate chips to make it more chocolatey. :) Also, I decided that they're just as good warm, so I didn't have to go through the cooling process.
     
  2. These are decadent and delicious! To me they are less like cookies and more like fudge. I added a 1/2 cup of soy-nut butter and will be adding walnuts next time. These were a tad too sweet for my taste, so I may use a little less sugar in the future. Overall though they are quick and easy to make and taste great.
     
  3. I also took the suggestion of adding peanutbuuter, banana chips and carob chips. I soaked 3 dates in water instead of using sugar, but next time I think 4 will do the trick. My husband loves them!
     
  4. I made this recipe, but added peanut butter, banana, coconut and carob chips... it turned out so good and so addictive that my friends ask me to make more all the time! I'm working on a stevia version to make it healthier, but I haven't perfected the proportions yet. Thank you thank you thank you!
