  • Gently twist stems out of mushroom caps.
  • Melt butter in frying pan. Add remaining ingredients. Saute until vegetables are softened. Remove from heat.
  • Stuff mushroom caps. Arrange on broilling pan. Broil until sizzling hot. Makes 12.
