Directions

  1. Cook tortellini by directions on package.
  2. Rinse with cold water till completely cool; drain well.
  3. In a bowl, blend vegetable soup mix, Miracle Whip, oil, lemon juice, basil, parsley and pepper.
  4. Toss with well drained tortellini, green onions and tomato.
  5. Chill well.
