  • Heat tomato juice to boil, add bulgur, cover, let stand 15 minutes.
  • Spray large pan with Pam, sauté onions and garlic, add carrots, celery, spices peppers, cook until tender.
  • Add beans and remaining ingredients, and heat gently at least 45 minutes, longer if you like.
  • Can be served topped with parsley, cheese, onions, sour cream.
