  • cook the onions on oil then you add the carrots, potatoes and celery after they were all grind
  • then add the rice and small sliced mushroom.
  • leave it 2 cook for 15 minutes.
  • after cooling we add the condiments and the semolina until it homogenizes.
  • then go with the packing it in cabbage leaves
  • mince the base of the cabbage, the ones with thick nerves, and put it on the bottom in a big pot.
  • and ad 2 lil branches of savory
  • take the cabbage leaves and put a little mixture into them and roll them in by butting little gaps at the end of each so the mixture won't fall out.
  • add the made filled cabbage rolls ( sarmale) in the pot and after each layer ad a spoon of tomato sauce.
  • On the whole top u ad minced cabbage
  • add water so it won't flow over, add more water every time the water evaporates
  • Cook it over medium flames.
