ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 1 (5 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 regular packet taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 -2 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
directions
- Saute onions until softened then add rest of ingredients.
- Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer. Cook as little or as long as you want.
- Serve with toppings of your choice-cilantro, green onions, cheese, sour cream, tortillas. Great with cornbread.
