  1. Heat olive oil in large saute pan.  Saute onions and carrots until soft.  Add chopped broccoli, red peppers and garlic.  Add tomatoes, italian seasoning, 1 can chicken broth and 1/2 cup wine.  Simmer for 15-20 minutes.  Add to your favorite pasta.  I prefer angel hair.  Light and delicious!
