DIRECTIONS

  • Heat peanut oil in pan.
  • Add sliced onion, saute 1-2 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms & zucchini, saute 1-2 minutes.
  • Add Chinese cabbage. Immediately drizzle szechuan sauce over veggies, stirring and saute-ing until cabbage is wilted.
