Directions

  1. In a large skillet, saute chicken, mushrooms and onion in oil until chicken is done, about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from pan.
  3. Add sherry to skillet, then broth and cream cheese.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and stir until cheese melts.
  6. In the meantime, cook pasta and drain.
  7. Return chicken mixture to the skillet.
  8. Add sun dried tomatoes and cooked pasta to the skillet.
  9. Garnishes (optional): pine nuts, parsley.
