Very Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

"These Cookies have no butter in them. They are a slight bit chewier and have a different kind of texture than regular cookies, but heck there is no butter. I think they still taste pretty darn good. You really need to let them cool completely before eating for best results. This is still an experiment in the making but I thought I would still post the recipe for now and just keep making changes to it until I find the perfect no butter cookie. Enjoy!!!"

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I love to cook and try new things. Most of my recipes I have made up myself. I really try and make things healthier. I also try and cook everything myself and not use prepackaged food with a ton of bad ingredients in them. I think the simpler the better. My favorite dishes to cook are either pasta or Mediterranean. I've been cooking and baking since the 4th grade and haven't stopped.
