  • Brown ground turkey in pan.
  • In another pan dissolve tomato paste with 3 cups water.
  • Put green beans& cooked turkey in.
  • Add water enough to cover beans.
  • Add salt, pepper, allspice.
  • Cook until done about 20 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.

I live in Michigan. I work for a Plastics company as an Engineering Tech. I belong to The Dietwork Shop and have lost 100 pounds with them. I plan on posting some of the great recipes I get. I'm always looking for healthy low fat recipes. I have a pet kitty who loves to lay on my desk while I'm on the computer. She gets much bigger she won't fit.
