Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 14 cup pecans, toasted
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 14 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 14 cup celery, finely diced
  • 14 cup cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cups salad greens

Directions

  1. Cut boneless, skinless cooked chicken into bite size pieces.
  2. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT salad greens.
  3. Cover and let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Serve over salad greens.
