ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 cup ground walnuts
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 - 1 teaspoon tahini
- 1 lemon, juice of
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 -4 pita bread
directions
- Put all ingredients except pita bread into a blender and mix well, adding more lemon juice and/or water until desired consistency has been achieved.
- Serve with hot pita bread.

I had no idea what to expect from this snack but now I think I may be addicted! I cut the recipe in half as it was only going to be eating it for lunch. I'm so happy that there is just enough left for me to have as a midnight snack. I didn't have Pita bread but it worked really well with Roti. Thank you for posting this! Made for World Tour 2019
