- 1 avocado, peeled.stone removed
- 2 teaspoons wasabi
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sesame seed oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chipotle pepper
directions
- Place all ingredients ina food processor and puree until smooth. Season to taste. Refrigerate until ready for use.
