  1. Great, try it with some chopped pistachio nuts and chopped maraschino cherries. So simple and yet soooooo good.

  2. Thank you for this recipe. We just had it served to us at a pot luck and the lady that made it said she found it in here. It was delicious. She also added a little bit of browned cocoanut to it. (She heated up the cocoanut in fry pan just until it lightly browned)

  3. This is one of our family favorites for dinners, easy, fast and a nice desert on the plate. We just added the crushed pineapple and some walnuts and it is wonderful.

  4. I didn't try the recipe because it was too vague. What size pudding mix? What size whipped cream? What size canned pineapple? Wish it was more detailed as to make it come out just right.

  5. This was OK. I tried it with the chopped pistachio nuts and marachino cherries. I served it at a party and it still tasted sort of gritty (there was no recommended chill time...so maybe that grittiness would have gone away if it had chilled longer). I chilled it for about 2 hours. The kids liked it, but otherwise nothing great.
