Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 -2 12 lbs stewing beef, cubed
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 -1 12 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
  • 1 (1 ounce) package herb with garlic soup mix, divided
  • 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 12 cup Burgundy wine
  • 4 cups prepared egg noodles

Directions

  1. Combine beef, soup, onion and bouillon in a large bowl; mix well.
  2. Stir in half the package of soup mix, reserving the rest for another recipe.
  3. Spread in a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish; cover and bake at 325 for 2 1/2-3 hours.
  4. Add mushrooms and wine; bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Add noodles and stir to combine.
