  1. with the new points plus system this works out to a whopping 16 points per serving without the jam or any rice. if you're down to 26 points, it takes a big chunk out of your daily allowance. there are lots of really good recipes here for a lot less points than this. i'm on WW because i let myself be convinced it doesn't matter, but as good as it is, i have to draw the line well before 16 points.

  2. Please note that Food.com is not a WW site, and we cannot calculate the points for you; this is something you need to do with the tools that WW provided for you. WW also changes their point system every couple of years, so you'll need to use the current tools.

  3. great recipe! The only thing I changed was I used fresh pineapple instead of canned. turned out great!

  4. WOW! You have got to try this recipe. Besides tasting great, missmortgages is not kidding when she says it only takes 5 minutes for the prep. I used pineapple tidbits and cut my pepper into chunks. This makes about 4 cups of sauce so you'll have a lot left over. The chicken breasts I used weighed a total of 4 pounds with bone in and skin on. I removed the breast bones and skin, cut them in half, then put them in a single layer in the crockpot. I think I can squeeze 2 more halves into my crockpot the next time I make this. I can't wait to share this recipe with my friends and family. This will go on my repeat menu list! Thank you. I adopted this chef for the *Fall PAC 2008* game

  5. according to my points calculator this dish is 13 points, not including the apricot jam & rice!
