Welcome Home Minestrone Soup

"Welcome Home Soup, is always served for our children when they come home. It's usually on the stove and ready to have a bowl with a homemade roll after a long flight to Ontario. It's easy to make, and the kitchen smells of HOME!"

  1. This soup was delicious! My husband wasn't sure he would like it because it had a turnip in it. He loved it. the broth was very tasty and it didn't have to simmer that long either. since it was just two of us eating it itlasted a few days and the flavor just seemed to get better. I will be making this again. Thanks Scandigirl Skafte for a great recipe.
