ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can low-sodium small white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 3 tablespoons brown sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (or AHA you mix yourself)
- 1⁄16 teaspoon cayenne pepper (smidgeon)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons water
directions
- Put all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor.
- Process until smooth.

In 2011, I saw a PBS Special, 3 Steps to Incredible Health by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. It inspired me to change to a Nutritarian cooking style, which focuses on the nutrient density of the foods you eat.
Since that time, I have been collecting recipes. I have found a few recipes ready to go but most of them were either too complicated for everyday use or needed some changes to fit with this eating style.
