ingredients
- 1 lb great northern bean
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
directions
- Cook Beans for 1 hour then add the rest of ingredients.
- Cook until beans are tender.
- Cook longer for a thicker consistency or add some water if too thick and you want more liquid.
