Without a doubt, this is a rare 10-start recipe. This was my first time making wings at home and they were the best wings we've eaten. I used about 1.9lbs of chicken, an additional tablespoon of hot sauce, and also a tsp of cajun spice blend. For the hot sauce I used a combination of Louisiana hot sauce and hot jalapeno pepper sauce. I did have a problem in that my wings caught on fire while broiling, but we managed to put it out. Excellent recipe, just be very careful not to let the fat float around the wings and keep checking on them. Thanks for posting the recipe!
