  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Boil the mac and cheese to almost tender. In a separate sauce pan warm the milk and cream and the spices. Once warm, add the cheeses a bit at a time till smooth and cooked through. If to thick ad a touch more milk to the right consistency.
  • Add the macaroni to the cheese mixture and coat thoroughly.
  • Grease a glass baking dish with olive oil, then add the mixture to the dish. Top with a thin layer of cheese and bake.
  • Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
  • Note: For a bit of extra spice sprinkle the top with crushed red pepper flakes along with the cheese.
