- meatloaf recipe (your favorite)
- 2 -3 hot dogs
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese
directions
- put half the meatloaf mixture in baking dish, then place the hotdogs onto the mixture and put the remaining mixture over the hotdogs to cover and bake as usual.
- when done baking per your recipe, spread with the mash potatoes on the top and sprinkle with the cheese and bake until the cheese is melted and the potatoes have a golden brown color.
