  1. Heat a waffle iron.
  2. Sieve flour and baking powder together in a bowl.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Beat eggs in another bowl, one at a time, and whisk well.
  5. Add sugar and cream well.
  6. Mix in flour and milk alternately.
  7. Melt 5 tbsps.
  8. of butter and add it to the batter along with the chopped pistachios.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Grease the waffle iron with butter.
  11. Pour a ladleful of batter in it.
  12. Cook till golden and crisp on both sides.
  13. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup.
