- 1 (16 ounce) package macaroni, cooked
- 1 (16 ounce) package Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) package monterey jack pepper cheese, cubed
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
directions
- Place macaroni and cheeses into a lightly greased slow cooker.
- Stir in soup until coated well; add onion and salsa, if using.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5-6 hours or on HIGH for 2 hours; stir every hour.
