  1. What a great appetizer. These were almost too easy to make! We enjoyed eating these little sticks with a little warmed marinara sauce. Thanks for another wonderful, easy, tasty recipe. You are a wonder!!

  2. These are very good. Perfect for keeping cravings for deep fried foods satisfied with no guilt! Thanks for a great recipe! They're good with ranch dressing too.

  3. My DD loves these MORE than fries! I serve them with warmed marinara sauce - yum. They are a quick, easy, fab snack. Thanks Mizz for posting!

  4. Very strange flavor and mix of textures. Frying would be less healthy, but might make the texture more palatable. Ranch dip made it edible.

  5. These were so easy and delicious, and so much better for you than frying them in a pan like my MIL does. I love fried zucchini but appreciate this healthy but just as yummy alternative.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
