Directions

  1. Must have large frying pan.
  2. Slice zucchini 1/4 slices.
  3. Melt butter in pan according to taste.
  4. Add zucchini and cover each slice with lemon pepper, garlic& parmesan.
  5. Flip over and let cook until browned approximately 2-3 minutes.
  6. Repeat on other side.
  7. Small tip- wipe out frying pan between batches, to avoid to much blackening.
