I am 77 years old and have been cooking since I was about 12. I raised a grandson who became a cordon bleu chef (SF Culinary Acad.) and love to innovate. I do the best SW Texas Bar-B-Que that there is. I also cook and enjoy Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Thai and other cuisines. I have studied nutrition in Texas A&M (owned a healthfood store) and am now retired and loving it.
