Have had prior professional chef/cook experience; large steakhouses, small cafes, also school cafeterias. Love to experiment with tastes--using fresh herbs, spices & special sauces, etc. Never get too smart or too old to learn new tricks--that's why I'm here--being an artist(oils/pen & inks)also carries over into my cooking skills, things need to look & taste great.
