Well, I wouldn't call myself a chef. I cook an ecclectic mix of traditional southern foods and also dabble in Asian dishes. Especially Thai and Korean. I recently went back to baking, though now that its getting hot out I think I will put that on the back burner until fall. I would like to try East Indian cooking, but frankly, I find it to be a bit intimidating, with all the spices and flavors. I grew up around more traditional meals and they come more readily to me, although I do make a good Bulgoki. At this point I would say I would be lost without my cast iron skillet and my wok. Currently Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls are the plague of my existence. They take so long to make and I think I still tend to kill the yeast. Practice practice practice, and more lessons from mom :P
