Fell in love with cooking a few years ago and have taken over the kitchen (gracefully) and sometimes spend many hours cooking up a storm with 5 -8 dishes. I use this site to explore new ideas and find many useful recipes. I am a self proclaimed photographer, world traveler and enjoy various foods from many counties. Then I come home and try to replicate them in my kitchen and of course take pictures before serving...lol Chinese noodles, Indian Nan bread, Liberian palava sauce, made traditionally with plato (okra) leaves. emm. Belgian Waffles. Truffles too!
