Hi.........I'm originally from Orange County, California (way back when), lived in Hawaii for 4 1/2 years, and now me and my family are here in Castle Rock, Co. I love to cook and try out new recipes. I have the perfect husband for this......he doesn't mind being a 'guinea pig'. I love to find recipes on the computer, but there are soooo many recipe sites! I guess my family likes my Pot Roast the best. I learned how to cook it from my grandmother (my mom didn't cook!) I still use her basic technique, but thru the years, I have added a few things. As far as restaurants go, I really like the Macaroni Grill. It's very casual, homey, Italian atmosphere, but excellent food. I'm sure there are many more good ones out there, and we're slowly trying them all!! Well, bye for now! Lea
