I am a retired homebody that finds herself in the kitchen so much of the time. We live nearLake Mich and have always had plenty of fish to eat. Have been to Alaska several times for fishing, too. Sure glad it is so healthy and easy to fix. Our kids were all good fish-eaters, too, and still are. I have collected shelves full of cookbooks and had so many as gifts. My daughters and I even have our own family cookbook that we compiled with family favorite recipes, which we all use often.``````
