Excellent! I made these rolls today and with the modification of the flour to 6 cups, they came out very good. They tasted a bit heavy to me so I think that I needed to knead them more to get the dough to lighten up. The trick to getting the dough to the right consistency is to add flour and knead until you can lightly press one finger into the dough and it springs back. If it doesn't spring back then the dough is too heavy to rise. I'm a military wife overseas in Germany where the temperature is cold right now so I had to heat the oven to 400 degrees and open it so the heat could assist with rising. It worked great. I hope this help anyone who decides to make these b/c they are a great roll! Good luck!

Thanks to you, my rolls finally turned out! Usually, my rolls are flat and wierd looking, but these were great. I added about another cup and a 1/4 of flour (until it was a sticky dough instead of pancake batter-y), but that was the only adjustment I made. I baked mine in a 9x13 pan and they rose beautifully. Thanks again for posting!
