  • boil the potatos without peeling.
  • mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Then pierce a little all potatos with a help of knife (they must not be aparted).
  • pour the sauce into the potatos.
  • then bake them for nearly 20 minutes.
  • service while its hot.

  1. I made a couple of changes in this recipe, but then it was made mostly to see if it would be worth making another time for company, & it definitely is! I did cut it back to use just one large potato, & after baking it, I cut it in half lengthwise as though for a regular twice-baked potato! However, I only scooped out a small amount of the potato, to have a shallow depression & then I spread the cheesy filling out over the top of the potato halves! Worked like a charm, I thought, & so will be making these again the next time I have dinner guests, although then I'll likely use somewhat smaller potatoes, since one whole large potato makes for one whole large serving! Many thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in this Fall's round of Pick A Chef]
