Bick's BBQ Sliders

ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 lb ground chicken, beef or 1 lb turkey
- 1⁄2 cup bick's garlic1/4 dill pickle, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon crisco vegetable oil or 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 32 bick's yum yum pickles, Sweet
- 8 bamboo skewers

DIPPING SAUCE
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup bick's 1/4 dill pickle, Garlic, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon bick's hot pepper relish
- 1 tablespoon bick's baby dill pickle, Kosher style in cloudy brine, chopped
directions
- BURGERS: Heat oil in a small skillet. Add onions and garlic; cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown. Cool mixture before adding to the ground chicken.
- Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add cooled onion mixture. Mix well. Divide mixture into 24 mini burgers about 1/2-inch thick. Grill sliders about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- DIPPING SAUCE: Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. This can be made ahead of time, and stored in the refrigerator.
- TO ASSEMBLE: Take skewer, slide on 1 Yum Yum Pickle slice, 1 Slider, 1 Yum Yum pickle slice, 1 slider, 1 yum Yum pickle slice, 1 slider and end with 1 Yum Yum pickle slice.
- Continue with the remaining skewers. Serve with dipping sauce.
- TIP: Onion and garlic mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator for your convenience.
