Briana's 1st-Prize Venison Chili

"I made this my first time participating in a chili cookoff and won first prize! I like a little spice, and for us (2 little ones included) this was just right. If you want it to be more mild, use less (or no) jalapenos and mild Rotel. If you like your chili more soupy, add more water. If you do not have access to venison, pretty much any ground meat will work, but I would recommend half lean ground beef and half pork in place of the venison."
