- 1 (32 ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
- 1 cooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 (3 ounce) can mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 pinch rosemary
- 1 pinch thyme
- 2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
- buttered bread crumb
directions
- Cook the broccoli half way. Skin and cut into small pieces the cooked chicken. Lay chicken and then croccoloi in well buttered 9x13 casserole.Mix the soups, milk, mushrooms, mayo and spices together in a bowl and pour over chicken and broccoli. Place cheese on top of all. Sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes.
