  • Preheat oven to 450°F Place raisins in small dish, cover with boiling water. Allow to soak until edges start to become white. Drain.
  • Cream margarine and sugar. Add vanilla, syrup, salt, and lemon juice. Add eggs. Mix thoroughly.
  • Place tart shells on baking sheet. Distribute raisins evenly amongst tart shells. Pour prepared mixture into shells, filling 2/3.
  • Bake at 425F for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to 325F and bake for an additional 12-18 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
