Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

- 2 lbs powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 7 ounces frozen coconut
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup butter
- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 ounce paraffin wax
directions
- Line 2 or 3 cookie sheets with waxed paper.
- Melt butter in microwave.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Form into small balls (about 1/2 the size of a golf ball) and place onto cookie sheets.
- Chop paraffin wax into small bits and place in double boiler with chocolate chips.
- When chocolate and paraffin are melted, dip balls in to cover and then place back onto waxed paper to cool.
