Cranberry Spread

"I found this on the inside label of a can of cranberry sauce. I just had it for lunch on a turkey sandwich. Wow - it was delicious. You can also use this to baste any type of poultry."

  1. I served this with a turkey dinner because I wanted a cranberry sauce with a little kick that wasn't as sweet as regular cranberry sauce. This was very good and paired nicely with the turkey. I left out the brown sugar because I was trying to cut the seetness.

  2. Great stuff, and simple to mix up. I've been enjoying it in turkey rollups. I'd recommend mixing it up first without the sugar and then adding the sugar if you think it's needed, since the cranberry sauce can be pretty sweet on its own.
