  • 8 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 14 cup fat free Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
  • 3 ounces smoked salmon, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons red bell pepper & ancho chile pepper jam
  • seed overload lavash cracker
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped

  • Mix together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, cracked pepper and red bell pepper & ancho chili jam until thoroughly combined. Gently fold in smoked salmon. Spoon a small amount of salmon cream cheese mixture on crackers. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
